Our Company

Island Supply was incorporated in the Cayman Islands in 1985 and became part of Jacques Scott Group in 1999. In the early days the company shipped consolidated containers of food and foodservice items directly to hotel customers.

Warehouse facilities, delivery vehicles and sales representatives from within the industry brought expansion and the company has grown over the years to become a leader in the supply of a wide range of equipment, food and foodservice products to a variety of businesses in the Islands.

As specialists in restaurant and kitchen equipment, Island Supply has been responsible for designing and supplying many commercial kitchens undergoing renovation or replacement in the past two decades. The company also supplies disposable eco-friendly products and janitorial supplies and is committed to a sustainable plastic-free future for the Cayman Islands.

Island Supply’s offices are centrally located in George Town with adjoining warehouse, freezer, chiller and showroom facilities. Its customers are primarily the hotel, restaurant and bar trade as well as residential properties and convenience stores but our scope is unlimited.
