Mick is originally from Wexford, Ireland and has spent the last 32 years working in the hospitality industry here in Cayman. Since starting with Island Supply he has enjoyed broadening his knowledge and skills in the equipment and installation aspects of the food service industry. Mick is the sales representative for the Sister Islands and has enjoyed working with the resorts and restaurants there for the past 21 years.

He has built a vital working relationship with the various companies & individuals involved with keeping the islands supplied. He has to be more resourceful there are certain challenges that you get when everything is shipped via barge, the weather can play a major role depending on the time of year. Married with two Kids he enjoys a Family life with a strong involvement in various sports here in Cayman.
